Being on the historic registry, the neighborhood looks much like it did in the early 1900's- except the trees are bigger:)
The rental includes one bedroom, use of two guest bathrooms, guest lounge with kitchen. The lounge and bathrooms are shared if either of the other two rooms are booked.
We know that our guests' privacy is a given but also, to make any stay as much as it can be, having someone that knows NYC, the shows, museums, art events, new hip bars and music venues can really make the difference!
Enjoy the beauty of the backyard and deck, front porch, and the quiet for a good night's sleep.
Our neighborhood is in the historic registry and was built between 1880 and 1914 mostly as country homes for early (silent film) movie stars, bankers and businessmen. Now, the film industry uses the neighborhood and its homes as sites of numerous films. My home has been featured in a few productions:)
